Because custom work is created specifically for the client, commissions and custom services are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Final ownership or usage rights for custom work will be defined within the client agreement.
Unless otherwise specified, Kaleigh Gold retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, promotional materials, and on social media.
4. Products & Digital Goods
